In The Waiting — Woven Tapestry
Sunsets have always spoken to me through their vibrant display of colors. This particular sunset took my breath away during a season of painful waiting. So, for this weaving of #100moredaysofphotostofibers, I drew inspiration from this photo I took of that unexpected sunset to remind me that beauty can be found in the in-between moments.
I set out to create a vibrant abstract weave of that beautiful sky with an overstitched silhouette palm tree.
